Pathfinder Learning Network
The Pathfinder Learning Network online hub provides support, resources and information for pathfinder clinical commissioning groups and the wider health community interested in the pathfinder programme and clinical commissioning. The online hub aims to promote sharing of best practice and will support pathfinders in developing and implementing their new roles within commissioning.
